These terms help protect both you and us, ensuring clear expectations and professional service delivery.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are automatically confirmed upon completion, but we reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policies.

A fixed booking fee is required for each appointment and must be paid before your appointment date.

All clients must complete a consultation form before their appointment. This is essential for your safety and to ensure the best treatment outcomes.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before your appointment begins.

We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible through your preferred communication method.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for completed services.

If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please speak to us immediately so we can address any concerns.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

6. Health and Safety Requirements

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children are not permitted in the treatment area.

We do not provide services to clients under 18 years of age.

Clients who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be treated, and appointments will be cancelled without refund.

You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies during your consultation.

We collect and store your personal information solely for booking and treatment purposes.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
